Dear WSCUHSD families,

This is a reminder that we will be returning to full time in person instruction beginning Thursday, August 12.   The CDC, California Dept. of Public Health, and American Academy of Pediatrics have each made clear that the return to in-person instruction is not only safe but is the best thing we can do for our kids.  Many of the safety measures that were in place last year will continue this year, including hand-washing, enhanced cleaning schedules, and masking for students and staff (while indoors).

For those students who choose to not return to in person instruction, we will be offering an Independent Study option.  Our Independent Study program utilizes an online learning platform.  Students will also be required to participate in weekly online learning sessions with their teacher.  All students and families must attend an informational meeting before enrolling in the program.  These requirements apply to both new and returning Independent Study students.
